The PTA is a partnership between parents/guardians, the school, and it's staff.
You are a part of the PTA, simply by having a child attending the school. All the PTA's activities and meetings are open to you, and the PTA welcomes and needs your interest and involvement.
The purpose of the PTA is to provide extra funds for the school to help supply workshops for our children and equipment such as Sports Kits, Books and many other items. We organise a number of fundraising social events including regular Quiz Nights and coming in 2013, a Family Bingo night. We have recently joined a scheme called “Phil the bag” which is an Eco-recycling project for all old textiles that might normally end up in a landfill site.
Your help on any or all fundraising schemes is vital and we would like to thank you for your continuing support.
You can choose how much you want to be involved - from simply coming along to a meeting, to volunteering occasional help with PTA activities, or taking a more active role and leading on regular PTA events and activities - the choice is yours.
The PTA is contactable at here.
We welcome any suggestions for future fundraising schemes and would love to hear from you if you would like to become more involved in the PTA in general.
